Feed Barn Conversion

The transformation of a basic traditional built feed barn into a three-bed dwelling.

Stripping the original building back to frame. Structural work to frame and roof, working with local building control and structural engineer. Underpinned and installation new services.

Position new windows and install bespoke oak windows and doors made by our go to joinery team, Nigel Hill. Conservation Velux roof lights. Joisting throughout including new stair position. Two extensions to form kitchen and lounge areas.

Fully insulated using TLX Gold to roof and external frame. First floor formed with bathroom and master suite with a ground floor wet room.

New external cladding, black stained to fit into its picturesque surroundings. Now a fantastic looking building completed externally and first fix internally.
